All The Puppies!

The puppies’ eyes are open now, they are running around, and playing a little. Our house is about to become over run with little, cute, playful puppies. While the puppies run, play, cuddle, and get attention, Saffron is smiling to herself, for she is pregnant. “The attention will soon be mine! Once those little puppies are in their most attention seeking state, I will have kittens, and steal that attention for myself! Take that, Zoe!” These are Saffron’s true thoughts.

The female Blenheim didn’t make it, so we have seven little puppies running about. Three male Blenheim, three tricolours, and a female liver.

Hazel, our little girl. She is the liver.

They are about five weeks old now, they are growing so fast! Time flies! They have been our cuddle buddies in the mornings, and they have been socialized a little bit. We love having these adorable little puppies in our house and home! We are never lonely when they’re around, that’s certain.

Most of them have been reserved for people on our waiting list, so I haven’t really gone ahead and named them yet… save one.

Hazel is the liver coloured puppy, our sweet little girl. She is so adorable, and she was named first by someone on our waiting list.

As their personalities emerge a bit more, we will have a little more about each individual puppy, but for now I thought I would show you some pictures, give you some names, and tell you about their well being.

Pickles is one of the female tricolours, she is easily recognized by the big spot on her lower back. Yes, we named her. Daddy actually came up with this name, which is very surprising; usually he comes up with breeds of cows for names. I expect soon he will start giving chicken breeds as puppy name suggestions. We don’t actually call her pickles, because we wouldn’t want to teach her that Pickles is her name- unless her new owners name her pickles- for that would make it difficult for her when she is only being called her actual name. Pickles is so cute, just like all of her siblings.

The tricolour closest to the camera is Pickles.

We don’t really know any of the other names yet, so we will let you know as they are given. This is how the puppies are. Zoe is doing good, and the other dogs are too. I will give you another update soon – ish. How are your pups?
